When will my order ship?

Generally, if we get your order before about 2:00PM EST it will go out that same day. This is not a 100% guarantee, but we always do our best. If you place your order anytime after 2:00PM EST on a Friday it will not ship until Monday. We do not ship over the weekend. Keep in mind that for customizable items, or handmade items, you’ll be notified as “Processing” when the item starts production state. Afterwards, you’ll receive shipment notification and tracking, once it becomes available from each courier we hire for each delivery.

How soon will I receive it?

If it’s a handmade item or custom-made item, you’ll be notified once it starts production state, depending on the factory and multiple factory parameters, it can take from 3 to 5 weeks. Also, it depends on which shipping method you select during check out. We ship with both USPS and UPS and you will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has shipped. During the checkout process, there is a built-in shipping calculator that you can use to help decide which method to choose.

Does LeArmet offer free shipping?

Yes! On certain brands on orders over $500 shipped worldwide, our online store will automatically deduct shipping charges. Please refer to the checkout shipping options, to see if your order qualifies.

Do you ship to Military APO/FPO Addresses?

We do! Please note: we can only ship via United States Postal Service to these addresses.

What about orders outside of the USA?

We ship internationally almost every week. Please keep in mind that there may be additional customs fees, duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations. It’s your responsibility to pay these additional fees. This isn’t something we have control over, and it’s your responsibility to know and understand your country’s policy on shipments coming from the USA. Any refused/abandoned packages will not be refunded or reimbursed.
